This is not unidentified. It's an iridium satellite, they have huge mirror like antennas that at the right angle to the sun will 'flare' just like in the video up to magnitude -8. In fact if you want to see the above for yourself, go to heavens-above web site, look up iridium flares, select your location and boom, you'll see one in a few days.

Just googled "Iridium Flares" and found something interesting ... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1PFUP5LPyuA ... this explanation still doesn't explain all the mysterious sightings of anomalous lights seen from the Sattva Sanctuary and uncountable other such places across the world ! The satellite explanation may fit some of these sightings of lights seen in the sky moving in a more or less straight path (orbit) not the ones which have multiple lights moving in formation ... blinking in and out of existence as seen by us ... merging into 1, splitting into many ... and so on ... whether this one is unidentified or not doesn't change the fact that there are others here on Earth (Higher Dimensional Intelligences), perhaps within Earth as well ... been here for thousands of years !
